Spring Medicinal Herb Walk

A spring medicinal herb walk through the Community Garden at Vauxhall City Farm and the Pleasure Garden.

As we connect with nature, we’ll explore some key herbs commonly found growing in our gardens and local parks. We’ll learn some history and folklore about the plants, the traditional and modern medicinal uses, and how we can begin incorporating herbs into our daily routines. We’ll deepen our connection with a sensory tea tasting activity.

This relaxed session is open to those new to herbal medicine and those who are more experienced and wish to learn more.

⏲️ 10:30am and 1:00pm. Session lasts approx 60 mins, and is completely step free. Suitable for adults and children age 12+
