We have a fantastic group of horses, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Without our horses we wouldn’t be able to offer riding lessons, riding therapy or riding for the disabled.

Jupiter joined us in February 2020, travelling all the way from France. He is a sweet natured pony and loves a good fuss when being groomed. He is extremely patient and has formed a lovely bond with our horse Molly. Being a small pony, Jupiter will be used in our RDA and able bodied lessons for children. Despite his age, Jupiter still has a spring in his step and is willing to give every new thing a go!

Sapphire has been with us on the riding team nearly two years now. Sapphire (Saffy) is one of our quieter ponies who loves to help both on the lead and off the lead riders and jumping is something she is very good at too.

Billy is our gentle giant! Don't be put off by his size. He's such a great character and all of our smallest riders always want to ride Billy. He is super comfy and absolutely beautiful. Great for our RDA riders too as he's got a leg in each corner and really does help with keeping both disabled and able body riders balanced in the saddle.

Ronnie is an absolute gentleman! He is new to the yard and was previously hunted in Ireland by a 70 year old man. He is a lovely safe chap and takes part in most of our RDA lessons. He also is great for adult groups and private lessons. Ronnie is very chunky and very safe, but surprisingly, he loves to jump!

Molly is our youngest one on the yard. She is a lovely pony, who always aims to please. Those that meet Molly will fall in love with her. She is new to Vauxhall City Farm this year and has been taking part in our school group sessions, Children lessons (on and off the lead) and some adult lessons too. Molly loves having a pamper session and also likes to go out for a ride on the roads with the staff.

Please visit our riding page to find out about what lessons we offer. Please be aware that we currently operate a waiting list for new riders.
