Sheep Sunday Celebration!

On Sunday 12th May from 11am – 3.30pm, we will be celebrating another day, all about sheep!

Come see our adult sheep being shorn by Sophie (Livestock & Farmyard Coordinator) and Aimee (Yard Assistant) and watch the lambs be terribly confused when their mums look different after their hair cuts!

We will also be running activities with wool, showing you what we do with the fleece taken off the sheep!

Wool spinning activities including carding and combing the wool and spinning your own bit of wool into a bracelet to take home will take place in our front room, all between 11am and 2pm!

So don’t make any other plans for Sunday 12th May, because we’ve got all the sheep and wool fun happening right here!

The event is free of charge and there is no need to book, however any donation you are able to make will go towards looking after our ewes and lambs, and enabling us to deliver these events and workshops in the future!
