Santa’s Grotto at Vauxhall City Farm

Each child will be welcomed by Santa’s Elf and taken into Santa’s Grotto with their adult. The child will get to meet Santa and receive a gift from him. There is also the opportunity to have your photo taken with Santa.

You can book for as many children as you wish. Please book within the same 30 minute time slot as they will be seen one after each other if you are coming as a group. Please note, due to the size of Santa's Grotto, we can have a maximum of 4 children at any one time inside the grotto.

All tickets are non-refundable, nor can we facilitate a date change.

Babies are welcome to enter, however we recommend Santa’s Grotto for children aged 1 year or older.

Santa's Grotto is recommended for children up to the age of 10, however we would not stop any child meeting Santa on the basis of them being over 10 years of age.

We will do our best to ensure the gifts are age appropriate, please add your childs age when booking. 

It lasts for approximately 5 minutes per child. Some visits may be longer or shorter depending on each child, but don't worry, Santa's elves will be on hand to ensure an enjoyable experience for all children!

If you are late to your booking we cannot guarantee entry.  We will do our best on the day to try and fit you in around other bookings but there is no guarantee.

We cannot guarantee walk-in slots on the day, however some slots may become available if there are some no-shows on the day.
