Vauxhall City Farm
Come and learn all about ecology and the animals that live in our farm pond.
You could be finding newts, rams horn snails, mayflies, hog lice, water boatmen and many more.
Under staff instruction you’ll be exploring the wonderful mini beasts that live in the water, before using identification charts provided by the farm, to analyse your pond dipping tray and figure out what creatures you have found.
Date: Tuesday 13th August
Time: 10.30am – 2.30pm (20 minutes sessions)
Cost: £2 per child or £5 for a family ticket (1 adult, 2 children)
You can buy tickets below (please ensure you are at the farm for the time of your session) or pay by cash or card on the day.
Max of 6 people per session. If you buy tickets in advance, you may need to wait for the next session to start, depending on your arrival time. Please speak to a member of staff to ensure they know you have arrived, before exploring the farm, while you wait for the next session to start.
