It never rain, but it pours... Especially if you're an alpaca, and Storm Ciara blows off your stable roof!
"Happy as a Pig in Mud" will be put to the test on the 21st of September, when a team of Vauxhall City Farm staff & friends compete in the London South Tough Mudder event to raise funds for the farm.
As an independent charity, we do not receive any funding from the Borough of Lambeth or the City of London and rely heavily on our own income generation and our supporters, to keep the lights and heating on here at the farm!
We love our animals and we are very skilled at ensuring they are looked after and stay healthy. But sometimes we can't prevent them from getting ill. Find out more about our veterinary costs and how you can help!
Vauxhall City Farm is a fantastic local community resource which I regularly go to with family and friends to see the animals and have a cup of tea in the cafe.
Walking a marathon in my corridor to to help raise money to prevent Vauxhall City Farm from closing
My sister has found the farm hugely helpful for her mental health and recovery over the past year - she has said herself that the farm has saved her life. There are so many people and things that need help during this Covid19 crisis - and the farm is one of them. I've done something trivial - they do something important. Please donate!
