The Young Farmers Advisory Board recently voiced their desire for a bit more 'inside space' on the farm and with a bit of research along with Clare our fundraiser they identified some funding and were successful in their bid to the Youth Opportunity Fund to build a summer house.
We were lucky that this was matched by 'Ecopods' who built the lovely Pod in less than a week. We are grateful to Craig Banks for his design, Steve and Ben for all their hard work in building this new space for the farm.
We would also like to thank Michelle, Alan, Richard, Nick and everyone from 'Axis' and 'Higgins' for clearing the site in preparation and for subsequent help in building a new muck heap wall - we could not have hoped to have our Pod built in time for the summer holidays without you so thank you!
