Vauxhall City Farm has public liability insurance of £5,000,000 and Risk Assessments guidelines which are available on request, or sent to you when visits or activities are booked.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To book an activity, come for a site visit or for more information please call the Education Coordinator on 0207 582 4204 or email vcfeducation@btconnect.com.
Booking Policy: All activities must be booked in advance and if a visit is cancelled two weeks in advance of the booked date, you won’t be charged, visits cancelled with less than two weeks notice, will be charged 75% of the total activity fee.
The farm will ensure the booking is secure and confirmed two weeks before the booked date and that no further changes need to be made, except for extreme circumstances beyond our control (i.e. DEFRA foot and mouth regulations).
Price List
Please see table below for prices for sessions at the farm (note that teacher/ support worker places are free). If booking more than one type of activity in any one day (i.e. a talk tour and a workshop, or cow milking and get cooking etc) there is a discount off the total price of £10.
Talk Tours (for schools, community groups and nursery groups)
£2.00 per child/individual for those in Lambeth and £2.50 for non-Lambeth visitors to a maximum of about 25 children/individuals.
Other Activities
There is a minimum number of participants needed for each activity to go ahead. Costs are per person, up to the maximum number shown.
