The Farm is a sensory experience with smells to accompany the bleating, mooing, neighing and oinking. It is open to everyone from Wednesday through to Sunday from 10.30am until 4.00pm except Christmas (please call to check times). We welcome groups, just call us first to arrange your visit.
A walk through the farm takes you pass the goats and cows, with help of signs and our committed volunteers, we try to make everyone's experience of the animals as positive and interactive as possible. If you carry on through the farm you reach the duck pond and the community garden.
The community dye garden has a variety of vegetables and plants used to produce natural dyes by the spinning group. You can watch the animals grazing in the paddocks or a riding lesson in the school.
Down by the horse paddocks live the chickens and rabbits, with a lovely ecology green space in which to eat your picnic.
